Delivery
Deliveries are made seven days a week, between 7am to 7pm. There is a minimum order value of £10. Unfortunately, at this point in time, you cannot pick up your cupcakes from us.
Delivery is free within the SL postcode area and a flat rate of £8.00 in all our other deliver areas. View our delivery postcode map or the detailed list to see if we deliver in your area. If we do not deliver to your area, please contact us and we will quote for delivery to you.
Please make sure that there is someone available to accept delivery, as the cupcakes are baked to order and need to be delivered fresh. In the event that there is nobody available, we will try a neighbour to see if we can leave the delivery with them. We will also post a card through the door of the recipient, to inform them of who holds their delivery.
We do try our best to make sure that we can deliver the cupcakes. We will carry out
our other deliveries within the area and revisit, if we cannot deliver at the first
attempt. However, if it is still not possible to leave the cupcakes with anyone,
we will leave a card to say that we will redeliver the following day and that the
recipient should contact us if they would like to make alternative arrangements.
