











Terms and Conditions
- Minimum order value is £10.
- If incorrect quantities for the cupcake boxes are entered, we will contact you to
confirm the quantities you require and this may delay your order.
- Our cupcakes do not contain any nuts, however our kitchen is not a nut-free environment.
Every care and attention is taken to ensure that there is no cross-contamination.
- Full payment for the cupcakes will be taken at the time of placing the order, as
your cupcakes are freshly baked to order.
- Please allow a minimum of 2 days, from placing your order, for our cupcakes to be
delivered. As we bake and decorate our cupcakes to order, we can only take a number
of delivery orders for each day, so to avoid disappointment, please place your order
as early as you can. A delivery date will be confirmed when you place your order.
- Deliveries are made seven days a week, between 7am to 7pm. Unfortunately, at this
point in time, you cannot pick up your cupcakes.
- In the event that there is nobody available to accept delivery, we will try a neighbour
to see if we can leave the delivery with them. We will also post a card through the
door of the recipient, to inform them of who holds their delivery.
- If it is still not possible to leave the cupcakes with anyone, we will leave a card
to say that we will redeliver the following day and that the recipient should contact
us, if they wish to make alternative arrangements. If there is still nobody available
to accept delivery the following day, unfortunately we cannot re-attempt delivery
on the third working day.
- If the delivery is to be made to a business address, the cupcakes will be left with
reception.
- As our cupcakes are baked to order, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been
placed.
- As cupcakes are a food product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- We do not store any financial details of our customers.
